  • Content of your inquiry: the information you choose to include in your message.

We do not collect special categories of data (formerly known as "sensitive data") and we ask that you do not include them in your messages. Browsing the site does not require providing personal data; the use of cookies is detailed in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
To handle your request for information, manage the product demonstration and respond to your inquiry. Consent of the data subject and/or performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

4. Retention period

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for as long as the commercial relationship continues. Once it has ended, the data will be duly blocked for the legally applicable limitation periods in order to address possible liabilities, after which it will be deleted.

5. Recipients and disclosures

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. Only service providers acting as data processors (for example, the web hosting or email provider) may access it, under the corresponding data processing agreements signed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Additionally, this website loads typefaces via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which means that when you visit the website, your IP address is communicated to Google's servers in order to serve the fonts. You will find more detail in our Cookie Policy.

6. International transfers

In general, data is processed within the European Economic Area. Should any provider involve an international data transfer, it would be carried out only to recipients offering adequate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

  • Withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, write to us at soporte@labraxsoluciones.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID card or an equivalent document proving your identity.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

8. Security measures

We have implemented the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
